Take notes on 1st article and answer: a) how do glaciers form, b) how do glaciers work, c) what are the components of glaciers, d) how do glaciers erode the land, e) what features are caused by glaciers; then read 2nd article and answer a) why are glaciers melting, b) what are the effects on humans and wildlife; Then answer the pre-lab questions and use the image below to identify important parts of a glacier.
